Thursday-
I must learn to make dinner the last food I eat before bed. I will sleep deep and restful. Plus it is necessary for abstenese with my FA program and HONESTY with my sponsor, Santa.. This is a new hard challage for me. I need to pray for the courage to change that habit. It makes for a fat ugly swollen tummy. I can go to the library or the book store after dinner or to the Planet Fitness gym!!! Michelle loves it there and it is only $10 a month! I will learn a NEW evening past time so I dont eat.
I love my salad 2x a day. I mix Iceberg lettuce and Spring mix. Than I top that with chp cauliflower, bok-choy, red peppers, orange carrots, sweet onions and cucumbers! I love it with goat cheese (Try low fat cream cheese instead) cut into small pieces and toss with 1 Tablespoon mayo, 1 T. cider vinger dressing w/ 1 sweet &low! Sprinkle with pistacho nuts and pumpkin seeds! WOW!
I have learned how to keep my salads fresh for a week-ceramic bowl fill full and cover airtight with plastic wrap! Make 4 bowls ahead! Prepare oatmeal before bedtime, cook 3 min and leave in microwave. Zap 3 more min in the morning! Save yogurt for another meal! I drink my coffee black now.
