1/11/11-Tuesday
Corinna bought me Baked Pita chips. What a mistake!!! They made me have cravings I could not control. I had a few with my morning bowl of oatmeal, harmless I thought, than I wanted 2 eggs and a few more Pita chips, Than I felt the Ham in refrigerator calling me , I had a small slice of ham with Pita chips and Pace Picanta sauce with cheddar cheese, My morning had turned into a full blown BINGE. Oh God, If I had any doubts about the power of flour products to stimulate my appitite, they are gone now and I see the DANGER of FLOUR and Sugar does the same thing to me. I must NEVER EAT them. I must shape up and fly strict to the end of the month or I may be kicked out of FA. I threw the the pita chips into the dirty garbage can. Must have no forbidden food in house. I will try to get down to Planet fitness today.

JAN 6/2011
Thursday-
I must learn to make dinner the last food I eat before bed. I will sleep deep and restful. Plus it is necessary for abstenese with my FA program and HONESTY with my sponsor, Santa.. This is a new hard challage for me. I need to pray for the courage to change that habit. It makes for a fat ugly swollen tummy. I can go to the library or the book store after dinner or to the Planet Fitness gym!!! Michelle loves it there and it is only $10 a month! I will learn a NEW evening past time so I dont eat.
I love my salad 2x a day. I mix Iceberg lettuce and Spring mix. Than I top that with chp cauliflower, bok-choy, red peppers, orange carrots, sweet onions and cucumbers! I love it with goat cheese (Try low fat cream cheese instead) cut into small pieces and toss with 1 Tablespoon mayo, 1 T. cider vinger dressing w/ 1 sweet &low! Sprinkle with pistacho nuts and pumpkin seeds! WOW!
I have learned how to keep my salads fresh for a week-ceramic bowl fill full and cover airtight with plastic wrap! Make 4 bowls ahead! Prepare oatmeal before bedtime, cook 3 min and leave in microwave. Zap 3 more min in the morning! Save yogurt for another meal! I drink my coffee black now.

This is the 3d day of Jan and I am trying hard to have an abstinate day with nothing in between meals. Had a wonderful lunch at Bob Evans with Corinna (daughter). I had the senior meal ($saved 2.50 )Grilled chicken breast with 1/2 potato and broccoli and a salad. Ask for the spicy Chilpolte sauce. It was so tasty. We took my car to a new jiffy lub place in Crofton. They did a fast oil change with us in the car. They replaced the serpentine belt on my 2003 car.
After dinner is my hardest time to stick w/ the program. I want to eat most before bedtime. I will make my 3 Daily phone calls at that time (7-9PM). That is required of all of us FA members. My belly fat is bloated. That is the most dangerous place to carry it. Dr Oz says heart attacks occur when belly fat rules. Corinna loaned me her 2 scales. My sponsor, Santa insist on digital scales. I must make a committeement to buy my plain non-fat yogurt in 7 small 8 oz containers because I ate the whole 32 oz container at once. I am a Food Addict!
